The colour comes from paprika powder, spinach powder, herb powder or hot paprika powder. So the noodles not only taste good, they also look particularly beautiful.

You can order in English and will receive all emails in English. We ship within Germany only. The contract is concluded in German; our terms and conditions and cancellation policy are available in German only.

What does fresh egg noodles mean?

We use fresh eggs from our own laying hens. Over 33 % of our noodle dough is egg.

How much is shipping?

Within Germany up to 12 packs 6,99 €, up to 25 packs 10,99 €. There are no shipping costs if you collect from the farm shop in Oberkashof.

Are the noodles also available made from spelt?

Yes – you will find all spelt varieties under “Spelt noodles”.
