Spelt fresh egg noodles from the farm

For our spelt noodles we combine spelt semolina with the eggs of our own laying hens, with over 33 % fresh egg in the dough. Made in our noodle workshop in Oberkashof in the Bavarian Forest.

You can order in English and will receive all emails in English. We ship within Germany only. The contract is concluded in German; our terms and conditions and cancellation policy are available in German only.

No. Spelt is a type of wheat and contains gluten, so our spelt noodles are not suitable for people with coeliac disease.

Where do the eggs come from?

From our own laying hens on the farm in Oberkashof.

Can I also collect the noodles?

Yes. Choose “Pick-up at the farm shop” at checkout and there are no shipping costs.
