The Pauli poultry farm in the Bavarian Forest has stood for outstanding quality in poultry farming and direct marketing for over 30 years. Our family - Alois, Sieglinde, Sebastian, Anna and Veronika - attaches great importance to the welfare of our animals, regional production and direct contact with our customers.

Respect for the animal and optimal housing conditions are our top priority. We use our own farm feed mixes, which consist of regional grain and GMO-free soy. In our farm shop in Hohenau, we offer a wide range of high-quality poultry products - from free-range eggs to fresh poultry.

In our farm shop you can not only buy poultry, but also homemade noodles and ravioli with at least 33% fresh eggs from our chickens. Stop by and see the excellent quality of our products for yourself. Our eggs are also available from our partners in regional retail.

In the snow-free period, you can also buy live young poultry from us. Whether chickens, ducks or goslings - with us you can choose from different breeds and benefit from our decades of experience in poultry breeding.

Our philosophy - respect for the animal

The well-being of our animals is our top priority. We attach great importance to species-appropriate housing in clean stables. By mucking out daily, we guarantee the highest level of animal welfare. The feed is completely GMO-free - with regional grain and soy from Europe. Each animal is individually cared for by us and kept healthy. The well-being of our animals is a matter close to our hearts.

Our animals are slaughtered stress-free and gently directly on our farm. The short distances to the slaughterhouse mean we avoid unnecessary waiting times and transport stress. All this has a positive effect on the quality of the meat. Please understand that we cannot only market the prime cuts. In the spirit of "nose to tail", all parts are used, thus making an important contribution to sustainability.
